Terms of Service

By accessing or using the STIMSN platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

personAccount

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@stimsn.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

verifiedPermitted Use

The Service is provided for lawful business purposes, including monitoring publicly available creator content, detecting brand mentions, and generating clips. You agree not to:

  • cancelUse the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • cancelAttempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • cancelUse automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • cancelResell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • cancelInterfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • cancelUse the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or entity

copyrightIntellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by STIMSN and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service (e.g., brand assets, logos, detection configurations). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

Clips generated through the Service are derived from publicly available creator content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of exported clips complies with applicable copyright laws, platform terms of service, and any agreements with content creators.

paymentsPayment & Billing

The Service is offered under the following subscription plans:

  • check_circleStarter: Designed for small teams getting started with creator monitoring.
  • check_circlePro: Advanced features including visual AI detection, live stream monitoring, and unlimited clip exports.
  • check_circleEnterprise: Custom pricing with unlimited usage, API access, and dedicated support.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. Annual plans cancelled mid-term are eligible for a prorated refund of unused months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

blockTermination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@stimsn.com. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

After account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

gavelLimitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STIMSN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
